SUPERCRATE Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Demo & Trial (Primary Evaluation Period)

 

SUPERCRATE provides a full-feature trial through a booked demo.

• Trial length: 14 days

• All features are fully enabled, including saving, exporting, and generating assets

• If you need more time, you can request a trial extension through Support

 

The demo and trial period are intended to allow you to fully evaluate SUPERCRATE before purchasing.

 

 

2. First-Time Purchases

 

Monthly & Quarterly Plans (First-Time Purchase)

• Non-refundable

• A full demo and trial are provided prior to purchase

• Access is immediate and unrestricted upon activation

 

 

Annual Plans (First-Time Purchase)

• Non-refundable

• No partial or pro-rated refunds for cancellations made mid-term

 

Annual plans are intended for users who have completed a demo and are ready to commit.

 

 

3. Subscription Renewals (Monthly, Quarterly or Annual)

 

We understand that renewals can occasionally be missed.

• Renewal charges may be refunded within 48 hours of the charge time

• Requests made after 48 hours are not eligible

• The 48-hour window begins from the time the charge is processed, not from when it is noticed

 

Cancellations prevent future charges but do not retroactively refund prior billing periods.

 

 

4. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

 

All refund and cancellation requests must be submitted inside the app.

 

Process:

1. Open the Support section from the sidebar

2. Submit a formal cancellation or refund request

 

Response time:

• Support requests are reviewed within 24 hours

 

 

5. Refund Processing Time

 

If a refund is approved:

• Funds typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days

• Timing depends on your payment provider and financial institution

 

 

6. Demo Bookings

• Demo bookings are free

• No payment is required

• No refunds apply

 

 

7. Exceptional Circumstances

 

In rare cases involving:

• Significant service disruptions

• Platform-wide outages

• Critical operational issues

 

Refunds may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, at SUPERCRATE’s discretion.

 

 

8. Downgrades

• Annual subscriptions cannot be downgraded to monthly plans mid-term

• Users may cancel to prevent future renewal

 

 

9. Cancellations & Data Deletion

• Subscriptions can be canceled at any time from the account dashboard

• Upon cancellation and account closure, all user data is permanently deleted

• Data recovery is not possible after deletion

 

 

10. Abuse & Edge-Case Protection

 

SUPERCRATE reserves the right to deny refunds in cases of:

• Repeated refund requests

• Abuse of the demo or trial process

• Attempts to circumvent billing or access controls

 

All decisions are made in good faith.

 

 

11. Governing Law

 

This policy is governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
